These 12.9 carbon steel screws finally let me bolt my extension hub straight onto the threaded quick release without any wobble. Torqued them down and the whole wheel feels rock solid now.
After stripping two of the original bolts on my quick release I wanted something beefier, and the 12.9 carbon steel on these is noticeably sturdier. They thread in clean and sit flush once tightened, no wobble at all on my extension hub.
These did exactly what I needed to mount my quick release to the extension hub, and the 12.9 carbon steel feels seriously solid compared to the soft bolts I stripped before. Only gripe is I wish they came in a couple more lengths, but the threads are clean and they torque down without any play.
